Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for neuroscience patients in a teaching acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit has a 1:4 ratio, uses Epic, and is part of a designated stroke service in a Level II trauma center.

• Monitor telemetry and neurological status
• Assess neurology, neurosurgical, and stroke patients
• Administer medications and support cardiac care
• Respond to rhythm changes and escalating needs
• Document care and interventions in Epic
• Assist with sedation and post-procedure recovery

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• 1 year of telemetry experience with 1:4 to 1:5 assignments
• Neuroscience or neuro telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience
