Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide neuro telemetry care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves neurology and neurosurgical patients, uses Epic, and works with a 1:4 ratio. It is a teaching hospital with Level II trauma and stroke designations.

• Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• Provide nursing care for neurologic and neurosurgical patients
• Assess for stroke, TBI, and post-operative neuro changes
• Support respiratory care, including BiPAP and CPAP management
• Assist with procedural sedation monitoring and chest tube care
• Document care accurately in Epic

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• Epic charting system experience
