Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for neuroscience and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 16-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, uses Epic, and has a 1:5 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess neurological status and NIHSS findings
• Care for neurology, neurosurgical, and post-surgical patients
• Administer and monitor BiPAP and CPAP support
• Assist with chest tube management and procedural sedation monitoring
• Support care for stroke, spine, seizure, and traumatic brain injury cases

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of neuro experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Telemetry, dysrhythmia, BiPAP/CPAP, and chest tube skills
