Per Diem Telemetry RN in Edmonds, WA

A Per Diem Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide cardiac monitoring and bedside care in an acute care hospital in Edmonds, Washington. EPIC charting is used in this hospital setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in condition
• Assess patients and prioritize nursing interventions
• Administer medications and ordered therapies
• Respond to urgent clinical changes and coordinate escalation
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC
• Educate patients and families on cardiac care and discharge needs

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
