Travel Telemetry RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for monitored medical-surgical patients in a hospital in San Antonio, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 32 beds, uses Meditech Expanse, and manages a 1:5 patient ratio with standard tele equipment.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess patients and update nursing plans
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Document care in the electronic chart
• Collaborate with RN, PCT, and provider teams
• Educate patients and families on recovery

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills

• ACLS
