Travel Telemetry RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for med/surg patients in a hospital unit in Corpus Christi, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 8 inpatient beds, an admission area, a maximum 6:1 ratio, and Meditech charting.

• Assess med/surg patients and update plans of care
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Perform IV insertions and maintain vascular access
• Insert and maintain urinary catheters
• Maintain central lines and support line care
• Document care and communicate with the care team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of acute med/surg experience within the last year
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program

• 2+ years of acute med/surg experience within the last year
• Orthopedic or neurosurgery background
• Med/Surg/Telemetry background
