Travel Telemetry RN in Lewisville, TX

A Travel Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a surgical telemetry unit in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Lewisville, Texas. The 19-bed unit uses Meditech, Baxter IV pumps, and Welch Allyn vital-sign equipment, with a 1:6 patient ratio. The team supports a collaborative culture and helps with admissions and discharges.

• Monitor telemetry patients and report rhythm changes
• Provide bedside care for medical-surgical patients
• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Complete wound care as needed
• Support admissions, discharges, and handoff communication
• Collaborate with RN, LVN, and PCT team members

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of medical-surgical experience
• Strong telemetry and bedside assessment skills

• Charge nurse experience
• Preceptor experience
