Travel Telemetry RN in Webster, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for cardiac and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital in Webster, Texas on a 13-week contract. The 24-bed IMCU uses wireless bedside monitors, 1:4 RN ratios, and Expanse charting.

• Monitor telemetry and recognize rhythm changes
• Assess cardiac and medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Coordinate with the care team for timely interventions
• Document patient status and responses in the chart
• Provide bedside education and reinforce discharge instructions

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry nursing skills
• Cardiac care skills

• ECG rhythm interpretation
• Chronic ventilator care experience
