Travel Telemetry RN in Kingwood, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kingwood, Texas. The 28-bed unit cares for emergency department holds patients, uses Meditech, and follows a 1:5 patient ratio.

• Monitor telemetry patterns and report rhythm changes
• Perform focused assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collect specimens and assist with phlebotomy needs
• Document care accurately in Meditech
• Coordinate with the care team for patient priorities
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Two years of nursing experience
• Telemetry experience
• Phlebotomy skills

• Prior travel experience
• Recent Meditech experience
