Travel Telemetry RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide cardiac monitoring and bedside care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The 29-bed unit has a 1:4 ratio, uses Meditech, and serves cardiac patients in a fast-paced, family-like setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Provide bedside care for cardiac patients
• Administer and titrate IV medications
• Support post-cardiac procedural recovery
• Assist with IV starts, NGT management, chest tube care, temporary pacemakers, and Foley insertion
• Collaborate with charge nurse, unit secretary, and PCT support staff

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
• Cardiac telemetry, PCU, or ICU experience
• EKG and telemetry strip interpretation
• Post-cardiac procedural care experience
• IV medication titration skills
