Travel Telemetry RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide cardiac telemetry care on a 29-bed hospital unit for a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. Meditech charting, a 1:4 ratio, and post-cardiac procedural care support a fast-paced setting with temporary pacing and IV medication titration.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report EKG changes
• Administer and titrate IV medications for cardiac and blood glucose management
• Provide post-procedure care after ablations, catheterizations, and pacemaker placement
• Assist with chest tubes, NGTs, Foley catheters, and temporary pacemakers
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Support bedside handoff, patient education, and courteous call light response

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Cardiac telemetry, PCU, or ICU experience
• Ability to read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips
