Travel Telemetry RN in Independence, MO

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide cardiac telemetry care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Independence, Missouri. The 36-bed unit uses Meditech charting and manages 4:1 to 5:1 ratios with post-cath recovery, pacemaker placement, stroke care, and cardiac drips.

• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and report rhythm changes
• Assist with post-cath recovery and pacemaker placement care
• Administer and titrate ordered cardiac drips
• Provide nursing care for stroke patients
• Coordinate care with charge nurse and care team
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech

• Active Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry nursing experience
• Post-cath recovery and pacemaker placement experience
• Stroke patient care experience
• Cardiac drip management skills

• NIH Stroke Scale experience
