Travel Telemetry RN in Independence, MO

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Independence, Missouri. The unit has 36 beds, uses Meditech, and supports a level 2 trauma center with stroke accreditation. New cardiac monitors support rhythm visibility in each room.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess patients for changes in condition
• Administer and manage vasoactive drips
• Support BiPAP and heated high-flow nasal cannula therapy
• Coordinate care with the nursing team and unit support staff
• Assist with central line and PICC line care
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses in Meditech

• Active Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
• Management of vasoactive drips
