Travel Telemetry RN in Independence, MO

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care on a cardiac telemetry unit in a hospital in Independence, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The unit has 36 beds, 1:4 to 1:5 ratios, and uses Meditech charting.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Assess telemetry patients and report changes promptly
• Recover post-cath patients and support pacemaker patients
• Administer ordered cardiac drips and medications
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Coordinate with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• Telemetry experience with post-cath recovery, pacemaker patients, stroke patients, and cardiac drips

• NIH Stroke Scale certification
