Travel Rehabilitation RN in Wichita, KS

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide care in a rehab unit in Wichita, Kansas on a 13-week contract. The 41-bed unit uses Meditech and works with 1:6 ratios.

• Support interdisciplinary rehabilitation care plans
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and document changes
• Administer IV antibiotics, IV medications and blood products as ordered
• Draw labs and assist with treatments and wound care
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals
• Monitor telemetry patients and report clinical changes

• Kansas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Med/Surg experience

• CRRN certification
• Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
• Telemetry competency
• ACLS certification
