Travel Rehabilitation RN in Conroe, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehab care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Conroe, Texas. The unit has 24 beds, a 1:6 ratio, and uses Expanse charting. Therapy is provided daily with PT, OT, and ST, and patients may need dialysis, blood administration, IV medications, and remote telemetry monitoring.

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care
• Monitor patients on remote telemetry
• Administer IV medications and blood products
• Support dialysis-related nursing needs
• Coordinate with therapy and case management teams
• Promote safety, fall prevention, and infection control

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
• Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test

• ACLS certification
• Medical/Telemetry experience or higher-acuity experience
