Travel Rehabilitation RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide care on an inpatient rehab unit during a 13-week contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. The unit has 15 beds, a 5:1 to 6:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech and Pyxis. Patients are recovering strength, mobility, and daily living skills.

• Assist with patient transfers and use of transfer equipment
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Perform bladder scans and dressing changes
• Monitor patient status and report changes in condition
• Document care in the EMR and rehab scoring records
• Support safety through rounding, handoff, and bed alarm checks

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Transfer training
• EMR proficiency

• Rehabilitation experience
• Rehab scoring documentation
