Travel Rehabilitation RN in Aurora, CO

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in a rehabilitation hospital in Aurora, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The unit has 42 beds, uses Meditech and maintains a 6:1 patient ratio.

• Assess rehabilitation patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide wound care and support dressing changes
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Monitor recovery progress and coordinate with the care team
• Document care accurately in the electronic record

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Experience with the rehabilitation patient population
• IV insertion skills
• Blood draw skills
