Travel Rehabilitation RN in Aurora, CO

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide direct care in a rehabilitation hospital on a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech and manages patients at a 6:1 ratio.

• Provide rehabilitation and Med/Surg nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress in Meditech
• Perform wound care and routine nursing interventions
• Administer medications and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility support
• Support patient education and compassionate advocacy

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Med/Surg Registered Nurse

• Prior rehabilitation patient population experience
• IV insertion and blood draw skills
