Travel Rehabilitation RN in Rochester, NH

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehabilitation care in Rochester, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The 19-bed unit uses Meditech charting and operates with a 6:1 ratio in an acute care hospital. It serves patients recovering mobility and medical needs.

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate status changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and lift equipment
• Support wound care and recovery needs
• Document care and assessments in Meditech

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Rehab or med surg nursing experience
• IV therapy experience

• Wound care
• Stroke care
• Traumatic brain injury care
