Travel Rehabilitation RN in Greenville, SC

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care for rehabilitation patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The unit serves adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics with spinal cord injury, amputee, traumatic brain injury, and stroke cases, and uses Epic charting.

• Assess rehabilitation patients and plan care
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Manage wound care, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and swallowing precautions
• Support transfers, mobility, fall prevention, and lift equipment use
• Educate patients and families on recovery and safety
• Document care and collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Rehab nursing skills in fall prevention, wound care, feeding tube management, tracheostomy care, lift devices, swallowing precautions, and patient teaching

• Acute inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke care
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma level one experience
