Travel Rehabilitation RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will care for patients in an inpatient rehab unit in Nashville, Tennessee for a 13-week contract. The 47-bed unit serves med-surg acuity patients and uses Meditech with mobility aids and team-based nursing support.

• Provide direct nursing care to rehab patients with medical-surgical needs
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with trach care, PEG tube care, and intermittent catheterization
• Support safe mobility and transfers using lifts and assistive devices
• Document assessments, care, and progress in the chart
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and the therapy team

• Active Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Acute care or rehabilitation nursing skills
