Travel Rehabilitation RN in Salem, VA

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia. The 35-bed unit uses Meditech and has 5:1 to 7:1 ratios, with a multidisciplinary rehab team focused on functional independence.

• Administer medications, including IV therapy and blood products
• Provide PICC, PEG tube, tube feeding, Foley catheter, and tracheostomy care
• Perform bladder scans, bladder irrigation, and SCD support
• Monitor vital signs and patient response to rehabilitation care
• Document nursing care in Meditech
• Collaborate with therapy and provider teams to support functional goals

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Rehabilitation nursing experience

• Med Surg experience
