Travel Rehabilitation RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will care for adult inpatient rehabilitation patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas. The 18-bed unit uses Meditech and sees patients with neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic needs, with typical ratios of 5:1 to 6:1.

• Provide nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Administer medications and blood products as ordered
• Perform urinary catheterization, IV access, and central line dressing care
• Complete wound care, drain removal, and suture or staple removal as ordered
• Document assessments and rehabilitation progress accurately in real time
• Support safe mobility and patient education with the rehab team

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 2 years of inpatient hospital, med-surg, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience

• Neurological, cardiac, or orthopedic adult patient experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• LTACH nursing experience
