Travel Rehabilitation RN in Keene, NH

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will care for adult inpatients in a hospital in Keene, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The unit serves cardiovascular, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and psychiatry patients.

• Assess adult inpatients and monitor for changes
• Administer medications and evaluate patient responses
• Coordinate care with therapy, nursing, and provider teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress clearly
• Reinforce rehabilitation goals and discharge teaching
• Maintain safety, comfort, and infection prevention practices
• Support timely escalation of clinical concerns

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or compact license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
