Travel Rehabilitation RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will support inpatient rehab care in Corpus Christi, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech, works with transfer equipment, and commonly staffs 5:1 with a max of 6:1.

• Assist with patient transfers and safe use of lifting devices
• Perform bladder scans and monitor urinary needs
• Complete dressing changes and medication administration
• Document care in the electronic medical record
• Support bedside handoff, hourly rounding, and bed alarm checks
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and care team

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Transfer training
• Electronic medical record proficiency
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Rehab scoring documentation experience
