Travel Rehabilitation RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide care for rehabilitation patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The unit has 30 beds across two 15-bed areas, uses Meditech, and has PCT support when census is 9 or above.

• Assess rehabilitation patients and monitor progress
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe use of gait belts and patient lifts
• Document care and patient response in Meditech
• Coordinate with therapy staff, PCTs, and the care team
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals and safety

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Medical-surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Rehabilitation nursing experience
