Travel Rehabilitation RN in Conroe, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will support patient recovery in an inpatient rehab unit on a 13-week contract in Conroe, Texas. The 24-bed unit uses Expanse and provides three hours of therapy a day.

• Assess recovery needs and monitor progress
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Support mobility and daily activity goals
• Collaborate with therapy and case management teams
• Monitor patients receiving dialysis, blood products, IVP medications, and telemetry
• Maintain safety, fall precautions, and isolation practices
• Document care in the charting system

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• One year of inpatient rehab experience
• Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test

• ACLS
• Medical/telemetry experience or higher-acuity care
