Travel Rehabilitation RN in Rochester, NH

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehab care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Rochester, New Hampshire. The 19-bed unit uses Meditech and typically manages a 1:6 patient ratio.

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care to adults recovering from illness or injury
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Monitor neurologic, respiratory, and mobility status
• Support transfers, positioning, and safe mobility with mechanical lifts
• Coordinate care with therapy staff and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in Meditech
• Reinforce patient and family education on recovery and safety

• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• Rehabilitation or med-surg nursing experience
• IV therapy experience

• Wound care experience
• Stroke rehabilitation experience
• TBI rehabilitation experience
