Travel Rehabilitation RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will care for patients in a rehab unit during a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The role uses Meditech and supports a 1:5 to 1:6 patient ratio while working closely with therapy and dietitian teams.

• Assess patient status and respond to changing rehab needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform lab draws, wound care, ostomy care, and diabetes management
• Start and maintain IVs and catheters as needed
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of lifts
• Communicate with PT, OT, ST, and dietitian teams

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• CPR certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Meditech experience
