Travel Rehabilitation RN in Petoskey, MI

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient acute rehab care in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Petoskey, Michigan. Patients are acutely ill across the life span and need coordinated discharge planning and care for multiple body systems.

• Assess patient status and respond to changing conditions
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Monitor for complications and implement appropriate nursing actions
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license
• BLS from the American Heart Association
