Travel Rehabilitation RN in Nashua, NH

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care and documentation for patients in a rehab unit at an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role focuses on handoff communication, care planning, and teamwork that support safe recovery.

• Deliver direct nursing care to rehab patients
• Document assessments, care plans, and patient responses each shift
• Coordinate handoff communication during bedside reports and multidisciplinary rounds
• Support safety, fall prevention, and infection control practices
• Educate patients and families with culturally appropriate materials
• Collaborate with nurses, assistants, and interdisciplinary team members
• Precept new nurses and support unit improvement efforts

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

• Basic dysrhythmia competency
• Crisis Prevention Institute training
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
