A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehab nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio. The role centers on age-specific assessment, interdisciplinary coordination, and discharge teaching for assigned patients in the rehab unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform age-specific assessments and document changes
  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and families for discharge planning
  • Support LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries
  • Monitor progress and update the plan of care
  • Promote safe recovery and rehabilitation goals

Qualifications

  • Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
