Travel Rehabilitation RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will care for patients in an acute rehab hospital unit during a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech, follows a 5:1 ratio, and supports stroke, neuro, trauma, and orthopedic recovery.

• Administer oral and IV medications
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and wound vac management
• Monitor vital signs, blood sugars, telemetry, and neuro status
• Assist with safe ambulation, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide catheter care, peri-care, pain control, and blood administration
• Coordinate care with therapy and providers during rehab recovery

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year current Med/Surg or Rehabilitation Registered Nurse experience

• Rehab nursing experience
• Orthopedic experience
• Neuro or trauma nursing experience
