Travel Rehabilitation RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide care on an acute rehab unit during a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The unit has 27 beds, uses Meditech, and works at 5:1 ratios in a Level 1 trauma center. Stroke-rehabilitation care and close therapy collaboration are central to the setting.

• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Provide wound care and wound vac management
• Assist with safe ambulation, toileting, and patient transfers
• Complete neuro checks, vital signs, blood sugar checks, and telemetry monitoring
• Perform catheter care, peri-care, and central line dressing changes
• Document patient status and communicate with therapy and the care team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 1 year current Med/Surg or Rehabilitation Registered Nurse experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, medication, and documentation skills

• Rehab nursing experience
• Orthopedic nursing experience
• Neuro nursing experience
• Trauma nursing experience
