About this job

A Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will provide inpatient rehab nursing care in an acute care hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma on a 13-week contract. The unit serves infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Implement and evaluate total nursing care for rehabilitation patients
  • Coordinate care with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
  • Monitor patient progress and response to treatment
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care
  • Document care, findings, and plan updates accurately

Qualifications

  • BLS certification
  • NIH certification
  • Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
  • Compact multistate Registered Nurse license accepted
