Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Virginia

A Travel NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care for neonatal patients in a hospital in Richmond, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and supports oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, nebulizers, and blood gas testing.

• Assess neonatal respiratory status and respond to changes
• Support oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilator care
• Perform nebulizer treatments and assist with arterial blood gases
• Monitor respiratory equipment and patient response
• Document care in Meditech and coordinate with the NICU team

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Current Virginia Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS and ACLS
• ICU experience
• Level III or higher NICU experience
