Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents in a children's hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia on a 26-week contract. The role supports a Level IV NICU, PICU, and high-risk deliveries, with care for complex pediatric respiratory needs.

• Provide respiratory therapy for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Support NICU, PICU, and high-risk delivery care
• Assist with airway management and ventilation support
• Monitor blood gases and patient response to therapy
• Deliver oxygen, aerosol, and inhaled therapies
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS and NRP
• Virginia state license or eligibility for a temporary Virginia license
• 1 year of NICU and PICU experience
• Level IV NICU experience

• ACCS
• PICU cardiac experience
• PALS
• Teaching hospital experience
