Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Pomona, CA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide telemetry and stepdown nursing care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Pomona, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Cerner charting, and supports a Magnet, teaching, Level II trauma setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Provide care for adults and geriatrics in progressive care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support patients on ventilatory support as needed
• Document assessments and interventions in Cerner
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of progressive care, telemetry, or stepdown experience
• Care of ventilated patient experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills
• Prior travel nursing experience

• ICU experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Previous charge experience
