Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide patient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The 16-bed stroke-designated unit uses Meditech and serves telemetry and neurologic patients with a 4:1 ratio. High employee engagement is noted.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and neurologic status
• Administer cardiac drips and ordered medications
• Assess patients for changes in condition
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans
• Document care in Meditech
• Support telemetry monitoring and bedside equipment use

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Stroke, telemetry, and neurology experience
• Cardiac drip management skills
