Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Lee's Summit, MO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for progressive care patients in an acute care hospital in Lee's Summit, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech, follows a 4:1 patient ratio, and supports close cardiac and respiratory monitoring.

• Monitor progressive care patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and titrate IV drips as ordered
• Assist with post-cath lab recovery and cardiac monitoring
• Support patients using BiPAP and other noninvasive respiratory devices
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Progressive care nursing skills
• Telemetry and IV drip titration experience
