Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for step-down patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas. The unit has 18 beds, a 4:1 ratio, and uses Meditech for charting.

• Monitor progressive care patients and respond to condition changes
• Administer ordered therapies and evaluate patient response
• Perform hourly safety rounding and bedside shift report
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team on daily plans
• Support renal step-down patient care needs

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• PCU or ICU experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

• BSN from an accredited nursing program
