Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will support cardiovascular patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas. The unit cares for cardiac cath and post-op CABG patients in a progressive care setting.

• Monitor cardiovascular patients and respond to changes in condition
• Assess and coordinate care for post-op CABG and cardiac cath patients
• Administer prescribed nursing interventions and treatments
• Collaborate with the care team on patient plans and priorities
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Support patient teaching and recovery planning

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of hospital experience
• Cardiovascular experience

• Meditech experience
