Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in a progressive care unit in Fort Worth, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit has 19 beds, 4:1 to 5:1 patient ratios, and uses Meditech charting.

• Assess and monitor progressive care patients
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies
• Respond to changes in neurological and cardiac status
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in Meditech
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges within the unit

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• Charge nurse experience in progressive care
• Progressive care unit clinical competency

• Neuro competency
