Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Chico, CA

A Travel Procedural Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide pre- and post-procedural recovery care for Interventional Radiology patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Chico, California. The unit uses EPIC EMR and supports care in a Level II trauma setting.

• Monitor patients before and after interventional radiology procedures
• Assess vital signs, pain, and recovery status
• Coordinate care with the procedural team
• Administer ordered medications and IV therapy
• Document assessments and care in EPIC
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns
• Reinforce discharge instructions and patient education

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• 3 years of nursing experience
• Pre- and post-procedural recovery experience
• EPIC EMR experience

• Interventional radiology experience
• Prior travel assignment experience
