Travel Physical Therapist in Meeker, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Meeker, Colorado.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility, and functional training interventions
• Monitor progress and update plans of care as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
