Travel Physical Therapist in Glenwood Springs, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide outpatient rehabilitation in Glenwood Springs, Colorado for a 13-week contract. The role supports patients with a variety of diagnoses in a setting focused on improving strength, balance, safety, and function while helping reduce wait times.

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team
• Document treatment and outcomes accurately

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact license accepted for Colorado
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

• 3-5 years of Physical Therapist experience
