Travel Physical Therapist in Glenwood Springs, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat inpatient patients in an acute care hospital on a 24-week contract in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The role serves CCU, acute care, and day surgery patients, focusing on strength, ROM, balance, safety, function, and home exercise education.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions for a variety of diagnoses
• Monitor progress and adjust care based on patient response
• Improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Coordinate treatment with the care team

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact for Colorado
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

• 3 to 5 years of Physical Therapist experience
