Travel Physical Therapist in Glenwood Springs, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and build treatment plans in an outpatient hospital setting during a 13-week contract in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The role supports a growing rehab team, serving a variety of diagnoses and helping patients improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function while teaching home exercise programs to patients and caregivers.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and mobility interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs
• Support strength, balance, safety, and functional gains
• Collaborate with the rehab team on care delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado physical therapist license or compact license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience

• 3 to 5 years of physical therapy experience
