Travel Physical Therapist in Glenwood Springs, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat outpatients in a hospital-based clinic during a 24-week contract in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The role focuses on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function across a variety of diagnoses. It also includes patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapy to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Collaborate with the care team to support rehabilitation goals
• Document care, progress, and outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact license accepted for Colorado
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

• 3 to 5 years of Physical Therapist experience
